• RV sites: Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.

• Retreat homes: Minimum 2-night stay. Check-in and check-out times may vary and will be provided upon booking confirmation.

• Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless approved in advance.

• No refunds for early departures, no-shows, or weather-related changes.

• Guests evicted due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to park property, facilities, or rentals.

• Wittrock Lake Retreat & RV Park is not liable for:

• Lost or stolen items

• Injuries or accidents

• Damage caused by weather, wildlife, or other natural events

• Pets are allowed only in designated areas and must be leashed at all times.

• Pets are not permitted in furnished retreat homes.

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.

• Guest information is collected solely for reservation and communication purposes.

• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
